This notice explains how THNF operates Go232Go Learning for adults aged 18 and over.
Who is responsible

Registration
Starting registration does not create an account. The account is created only after the annual NLe 500 registration and administration fee is verified or an authorised waiver applies. Incomplete online applications are normally deleted within 24 hours.
What we use
We use the minimum account, contact, registration, course, assessment, attendance, payment-reference, support, security, credential and supported offline-learning information needed to provide and protect the service. THNF never asks for a card security code, wallet PIN or OTP.
Why and with whom
Information supports the learning contract, legal obligations, proportionate security and service improvement, and optional consent-based choices. Role-based access separates learners, trainers, content staff, support and administrators. Approved hosting, email, storage, collaboration and payment providers receive only what their task requires.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. A deletion request does not automatically erase restricted financial, legal or security evidence that THNF must lawfully keep.
Security, cookies and offline use
THNF uses access controls, private storage, encryption in transit, audit records and payment-webhook verification. Strictly necessary cookies and device storage support sign-in, preferences and approved offline learning.
Complaints
THNF aims to provide an initial decision or material progress update within seven business days. Sierra Leone escalation routes currently depend on the issue; UK data-protection matters may be raised with the ICO. The secure form explains the current route.
