Effective 19 August 2026 · version 1.0
Clear payment and learning terms.
Registration, course fees, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are treated separately.
Annual registration
The NLe 500 registration and administration fee activates a learner number and digital badge for 365 days. It is non-refundable after activation except where applicable law requires a refund or THNF documents an error or service failure.
Course fees
Course fees are separate and shown before payment. Cancelling before the advertised start date qualifies for a 100% course-fee refund. Once a course has started, the refund is 40% and THNF retains 60%.
Free continuity options
A learner may move free of charge to another start date for the same course or use the approved recorded-session route where offered. After a course starts, THNF offers these options first; the 40% refund option remains available.
Exceptional circumstances
The same limits apply: 100% before start and 40% after start, unless applicable law or a documented THNF service failure requires more.
Processing times
THNF aims to decide a complete request within seven business days and initiate an approved refund within a further seven business days. The provider or receiving bank controls the final settlement time, so money may arrive later.
Provider fees
These are charges imposed by a payment provider, bank, wallet network or foreign-exchange service. THNF will not silently deduct them. A genuinely unavoidable and non-refundable third-party charge may be deducted only if it was clearly disclosed before payment and the deduction is lawful.
How to cancel or reschedule
Use the secure complaint and request form and keep the opaque reference. The time received by the system determines whether the course had started.
